We loved our stay! Super close to the gondolas and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for. The only note is the sleeping wasn’t the most comfortable for my 6’7 fiancé and his dad but we made the best of it. Highly recommend staying here any time of year!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and in the perfect location. Host was responsive and helpful before our stay. We had 3 people, which felt like the right number. The 4th (3rd, actually) bed is overlooking the queen bed, which feels slightly weird, so I was glad we did not need to utilize that bed. Overall, great stay and would return!

Keith was a great host. The condo is right in the center of Mountain Village, and it is a few minutes walk from the Gandola. I would definitely visit again.

Stayed with kids. Rented for five nights with our two children. Fantastic location just minutes from the gondola to Telluride. Secure building with great underground parking. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed. Would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed staying right in Mtn Village. Studio was small but still large enough to suit our family of 3. Was slightly concerned about noise from the pub below but it ended up not being an issue as we brought our portable speaker to play some quiet music inside to offset the noise and it was enough. We actually enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out. Keith was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall, a pleasant stay for reasonable price. No complaints, just suggestion that stove and dishwasher could be upgraded.
Great place to stay with stellar location. Owner has made good use of a small space.

Keith’s place was in the perfect location for the Telluride Yoga Festival. Short walk to nearly all of the venues. Great restaurants also close by. Keith stopped by to answer questions and offer advice. Everything you could ask for.

Great location in Mt Village to either visit the Mt V core or step outside, cross the patio to determine which way to start skiing! Condo was the best I have chosen in the last 7 years here. Very clean, great kitchen and relaxing living area. Huge Bedroom. I look forward to returning here again!

Just minutes to walk to the shopping and dining zone, and the gondola to the town of Telluride. Convenient underground parking in the building. 2 living areas, with the main living area, and a couch in the bedroom. Clean and spacious unit. Thanks!

Stayed with kids. Keith was an outstanding host. He was very helpful leading up to our stay with recommendations and instructions. Keith was quick to respond with any questions and even greeted us upon arrival and was available to help. The condo was pristine and just as described with every amenity we needed. The location could not be better. Ski rentals and slopes just around the corner. Perfectly located in Mountain Village . Plenty of restaurants just around the corner with a restaurant in the same building. Having a ski locker in the building was extremely convenient. It was a quiet location. This was a perfect spot for our family and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our vacation amazing.

It’s actually prettier than the pictures if you can believe that! It was the most comfortable and beautiful place. Everything was perfect. We joked about wanting to extend our stay a multiple times- it was absolutely amazing. The location- the view- the comfort- the beauty- the host. Just perfect.

Wow! This condo is stunning! I think we got lucky and booked shortly after it was renovated and it did not disappoint. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. The location was ideal and easily walkable to mountain village restaurants and to the gondola to head down to Telluride. The only time we had to move our car was when we decided to do a day trip to Ouray. The attention to detail in the condo was top tier. There were even black washcloths included to use to remove makeup. Keith thought of everything! The condo also stayed nice and cool during our July stay which isn’t always the case in Telluride where no one has a/c. Being on the first floor made a huge difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you!

This condo was beautifully appointed and felt very luxurious. It was spotless and we loved relaxing there after a morning of hiking. The gondola to the mountain/town is a quick 3 minute walk. It was just a lovely place for our first visit to Mountain Village. We would definitely book again for ski season.

Renter- We loved staying at Kayenta 9. A fantastic job with the renovations. We would have had a wonderful stay regardless, but since you asked for suggestions, it would be great to have towels for the hot tub (done!) and smaller size plates in the kitchen (done!). Thank you!

Frenters: Property was completely remodeled just before our arrival and was wonderful. Kayenta location is one of the best for true ski in / ski out, right up to the back door, and right across from gondola to go into Telluride. Unit had great accommodations and layout for our family. Would highly recommend this unit!

We loved the condo. It’s located steps away from the village square and free gondola into town. Classic cozy ski condo feel with plenty of sleeping space and a huge common room with a family sized leather reclining couch. Perfect location for anyone looking for easy access to ski/mountain bike lifts.

Stayed here with my wife and two young children over Spring Break. Both kids were in ski school multiple days and this location is perfect for that. Incredibly close to Village Express lift and Mountain Village.

We just stayed with our family of 6 at Kayenta 9. The location was perfect. True ski in/out. It is also located within two minutes walk to the gonadolas into telluride and mountain village center (grocery store). It’s also right in the center of mountain village with all of the restaurants, shops, and ice rink.
Everything was cleaned and in order. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It even has Tupperware to save leftovers. Also, it has a trash compactor in the kitchen so you don’t have to take the trash out everyday.
Keith, the property manager, was helpful and very easy to work with. We will absolutely stay here again next year.

Keith was very responsive and helpful His place was wonderful for two and it had easy access to the gondola and town for bluegrass festival. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had all the necessities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
